PTG T2 SPD adopts a protection circuit combining zinc oxide varistors and dynamic thermal trip units, significantly enhancing the safety and reliability of the low-voltage power distribution system. The shock-resistant pluggable module design ensures that the module will not loosen even under transportation vibrations or current discharge impacts. Moreover, when a module replacement is necessary, it can be done without any tools, making the operation simple and providing a good user experience.
The ingenious design of the large arc shield baffle provides rapid heat conduction for low-temperature solder joints and a large creepage distance (>10mm) after disconnecting, thereby enhancing the disconnecting sensitivity and reducing the risk of fire.
The visual status indication of the local red and green windows and the floating toggle-type dry contact remote signal alarm effectively monitor the working status of the SPD.
This series of SPDs offers a wide range of continuous operating voltages from 60 Vac to 760 Vac, as well as protection modes for various types of power grids, including TNC, TT, IT and TNS.
This T2 SPD is usually installed in the lightning protection zone LPZ 0B-1 and subsequent zones.
